Pour.Now Inc. (“Pour.Now,” "Company", "we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”). Scope of this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the following (collectively referred to as the “Services”):

  • Our website available at https://pour.now (the “Website”), applications, and other Pour.Now embedded services that link to this Privacy Policy;
  • When you interact with us in the ordinary course of business (e.g., communications by phone, email, or in person as part of a business relationship, or when we interact with companies or organizations you work for);
  • When you interact with our advertising and applications on third-party websites and services, if those applications or advertising include links to this Privacy Policy.

We may provide additional or different privacy policies that are specific to certain features, services, or activities.

When we provide certain products, services, or applications to our brand partners and retailers (our “Customers”), the Customer is responsible for collecting and using personal information in connection with its use of those products, services, or applications. The Customer’s privacy policy governs that collection and use. Our agreement with the Customer may permit us to collect information about authorized users for certain purposes, including account administration or contract management. In those circumstances, this Privacy Policy, and/or any supplemental privacy notice, applies to our collection and use of that information.

By interacting with our Services or providing us with your information, you acknowledge the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. Children's Data

Our Services are not intended for, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from, individuals under the age of 21. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from an individual under 21 years old, we will delete that information.

  • Account information, such as your username and information about your subscription, account, transactions, purchases, order history, or discounts.
  • Payment information, such as information about the payment methods and external services you use in connection with the Services (we do not directly collect or process any credit card data, which is processed by our third party payment processor);
  • Coarse geolocation information needed for location-based features (our “where to buy” feature), such as your IP address and zip code.

Statistical or aggregated data does not directly identify a specific person, but we may derive non-personal statistical or aggregated data from personal information. For example, we may aggregate personal information to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific Services feature.

  • For any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information.

However, these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. Location data choices:

  • Location Data. You can choose whether or not to allow the Services to collect and use real-time information about your device's location through your device's privacy settings. If you block the use of location information, some Services features may become inaccessible or not function properly (for example, our retail finder may not work appropriately).
